Robin L. Baratta
I do painted portraits of pets and people. Painting the figure is the most challenging, subject for the artist, and I think, the most rewarding. When not doing commission work I am developing a mixed media series reflecting my concern for the environment, specifically the fast disappearing pollinators, and indicator species. Whereas some think art with message needs to be in your face shocking, I'd rather seduce my viewer. I love to create Art, it is my passion, my escape, my refuge and most of all it is my friend. Sculpting gives me a voice and a freedom to say in form what others only dream of. I am a Figurative Art Sculptor. From Clay, wood and paper magical Faeries, Elves, Celtic Dancers, Medieval characters, Soldiers, Pioneer figures, and Japanese Geisha’s are born. My art is a process of deconstruction and reconstruction of landscape spaces. The design process divides the landscape into shapes but the printing process rebuilds the landscape through the layering of colour. Born and raised in rural Southwestern Ontario, Sandra has a love for the outdoors and a keen appreciation of nature. She’s had a lifelong interest in expressing herself through music and art. Dabbling in watercolour a few years ago, she found the outlet she had been seeking and paints with a passion – each new creation providing personal gratification. Sandra loves a challenge and offers watercolour, acrylic and oil paintings in a variety of subjects. The paintings are signed Sam, a nickname from childhood still used today by family and friends. Judy Ross

I am an aspiring 3D artist with a strong desire to work in the video game industry as a modeler. My love for art started in late 2006 when I came across the world of 3D graphics in a free 3D application, Blender.
